We understand that you have a lot of choices for your fitness needs! We've tailored our program to make the fitness experience fun and social! Read on to learn more, and if you have any questions, contact us!

What should I expect during a typical day?

A typical day at Impact Boot Camp will have you working, sweating, panting, and laughing! We make sure to make the fitness experience fun, while still making sure you're making progress towards your goals.

Each day at Impact Bootcamp is going to be different and designed to work on various areas of the body, speed up your metabolism while helping you build muscle and burn fat at the same time.

Here's some of the exercises we'll do:

  • Resistance Training
  • TRX Suspension Strap Training
  • Stretching
  • Running
  • Speed, Agility and Quickness Drills
  • Obstacle courses
  • Wind Sprints
  • Gravity-defying glute exercises and thigh-strengthening moves
  • Free weight exercises
  • Ab and all-around Core Training
  • Group Drills
  • Jumping Rope
  • Kettlebells
  • Plyometrics (speed/strength drills)

Two private coaching calls per month

We will go over nutrition, diet, and your progress in camp, and work on charting your future progress and goals.

Personalized nutrition program

We understand that if you do not eat the right stuff you will more than likely have a hard time reaching your goals. We will personalize your LIFESTYLE CHANGE (NOT A FAD DIET) to help you achieve long-term results through foods that make you go YUMMMMMMMM.

Personalized Goal-Setting Strategy Sessions

When you've been in Boot Camp for one, three, and six months, we sit down to take a look at your progress.

Setting goals is not only important for personal motivation. Goals are also the key benchmark by which you can chart your future goals by looking at your past progress...and meet them.

We know if you have a qualified expert who can help you set these goals and keep you accountable it will drastically improve your probability of success.

Monthly Body Fat Assessment

The scale is not always an accurate assessment of how much body fat you are losing. Get the facts once a month about how much fat you are losing.

Access to all Impact Boot Camp Seminars

I believe not only in getting you in shape and helping you STAY in shape, but also educating clients on how to live a long, healthy life with physical prosperity through seminars that focus on nutrition and overall health.

Friday: 6am & 10 am
Saturday: 8am

Weight Lifting Bootcamp schedule:

Monday: 9am Saturday: 7am

Runner's Bootcamp schedule:

Saturday: 10:30am

Yoga/Flexibility Training schedule:

Saturday: 9:15am
