Each day at Impact Bootcamp is going to be different and designed to work on various areas of the body, speed up your metabolism while helping you build muscle and burn fat at the same time.
We will go over nutrition, diet, and your progress in camp, and work on charting your future progress and goals.
We understand that if you do not eat the right stuff you will more than likely have a hard time reaching your goals. We will personalize your LIFESTYLE CHANGE (NOT A FAD DIET) to help you achieve long-term results through foods that make you go YUMMMMMMMM.
When you've been in Boot Camp for one, three, and six months, we sit down to take a look at your progress.
Setting goals is not only important for personal motivation. Goals are also the key benchmark by which you can chart your future goals by looking at your past progress...and meet them.
