Impact Boot Camp is for everyone! Don't ever feel too fit or too overweight to challenge yourself in our program. Whether you are training to run a mile in 6 minutes or trying to lose some pounds, you will get a workout that delivers results! We create modified exercises to make it easier or harder depending on what you are capable of doing. You WILL be pushed, but not at the expense of your health and safety.
